Sale of ATIRA Publications (Including Books/Monographs): Useful information derived from the work done in ATIRA is disseminated through various publications in the form of various types of reports including books and monographs.  These ATIRA publications are distributed and sold by ATIRA Library.

ATIRA Staff Members

Staff Members of Member Industries of ATIRA

• Five Cards to each Member Industry

• One Book per card will be issued (except reference book, Bound Volumes, Loose issues of Journals) on monthly renewal basis.  Reissue will be done once only for a book, if there is no claim/reservation for it.

• There are no charges for the member mill –Staff members

• Rs. 1000/- will be refundable deposit and Rs. 100/- will be the charges for individual membership (Two tickets to each individual member for the period April to March).

Staff Members of Non-Member Industries such as Chemical Processing units, Textile Units, Dyes and Dyestuff Industries, Pharmaceutical Companies, Textile Auxiliary Manufacturing units and Faculty of Academic Institutions, etc. (No Borrowing Facility)

• Rs. 1000/- Non-refundable one time registration fee per company

• Rs. 1200/- Membership fee/service charges per person for the period of one year (i.e. January to December)

• One time benefit for quarter payment for new membership @ Rs. 300/- quarter (i.e. total four quarters divided from January to December)

Final year Science and Technology students and researchers from Academic Institutions, R & D Organizations: e.g. Textile Technology, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Technology, Industrial Management, Chemical Technology, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, etc.

• Rs. 750/- membership fee/service charges per person for the period of one year (i.e. July to June)

• Quarter payment benefit @ Rs. 300/- quarter (i.e. total four quarters divided from July to June)

List of ATIRA Publications:

This subjectwise complete list of ATIRA Publication was first compiled in 1966 from various sources.  This information is regularly updated in the catalogue card form and also on computer.  This broad subjectwise list of ATIRA Publications is updated and memographed regularly and sent to those who want and request for the same.  This is a very useful source for dated on knowledge/information generated by ATIRA.  It lists over 500 various adhoc publications, books, etc. published by ATIRA.

List of papers presented at Seminar, Conferences, etc., and papers published in various scientific and technical periodicals by ATIRA Research Workers

This information is regularly updated and maintained in three categories of catalogue card, i.e. Subject wise, Author-wise & Chronological card format.  This information is only one source to ATIRA, which is very useful to individual research workers of ATIRA as well as to library and others for replying some technical queries.

List of various standards other than Indian Standards – This information is regularly updated and maintained in catalogue-card form.

List of publications published by other Textile Research Institutions – This list is updated and maintained in the form of catalogue card.

List of back volumes of periodicals available in ATIRA Library. The complete updated list was published in the year 1981.  However, the complete updated database is maintained in catalogue-card form.
