To provide quality services in the area of chemical testing for textiles, auxiliary materials and related products. |

The Eco-laboratory was established through funding from Ministry of Textiles, Govt. of India, to detect and quantify the presence of certain hazardous chemicals in textiles and its auxiliaries. These include aryl amines, pentachlorophenol, chlorinated pesticides, PCB’s Dioxins, heavy metals and formaldehyde. The objective of the laboratory is to help textile and allied industry by extending these testing facilities. |
